Your order cannot be cancelled after it has been placed. Please make sure to check all details before the order is placed and make sure they are correct.

I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?

It is very important to add your correct shipping address when you place your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at laniereus@gmail.com

We have a 10 to 12-hour window to make a request for the package to be rerouted from the moment you make the purchase; however, we cannot guarantee the change will be doable as it depends where the package is in the shipping process. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please supply an address where you will be available to receive your order.

If we are unable to make the change, you will be responsible for receiving the parcel at the address you entered originally. Pinkheartattack takes no responsibility for goods lost due to incorrect shipping details.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO SENDER? 

If for any reason your package is returned to us we will re-shipped to you. However, the reshipping may be at an extra cost depending on the reason it was returned to us.

USPS delivers every order.

Please contact your local post office if your order is marked as delivered but you have yet to receive it. Any lost or stolen packages are not the responsibility of Laniere US.

Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address and contact number to receive items. Laniere US will not be responsible for items that may be stolen from an unsecured delivery address.

How do I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email from me once your order has been created letting you know when your order will be shipped, along with a tracking number you can use to check on its progress. 

Return Policy

Due to sanitary reasons, returns/refunds are ONLY permitted if Laniere US has

made an error with your order and sent the wrong item. It must be reported to laniereus@gmail.com within 24 hours of the order being delivered.
